Note:  Many businesses use the terms "fully insured", or "insured" to suggest they carry insurance, many companies may carry a General Liability policy (as it is inexpensive), but Workman's Compensation is expensive, very few companies in this industry will actually have a current Workman's Compensation policy, and Workman's Compensation is the insurance which protects you (the homeowner) from medical bills from injuries which could happen while a technician is working on your property. Much like Automobile insurance, even though a company may produce a certificate of insurance, the policy is only effective if all the premiums are current. For your protection, the only sure way to know if a company's Workman's Compensation policy is current and in effect is to request a certificate of insurance, and to then phone the Insurance Agency (listed on the certificate with phone number) and ask if the subject company's Workman's Compensation and General Liability Policy are current.  If a company can not produce a certificate, or if the policy can not be verified, beware.
